Stir Fry Steak offers lovely tender and lean strips of beef.

These Stir Fry Steak strips are often taken from the top of beef, providing lean and flavoursome protein. Our butchers will trim these strips off when preparing larger roasting joints for our chefs. Each strip is trimmed by hand, providing a very lean and healthy product.

Yorkshire beef is some of the finest in the whole of the UK. Selected from herds across this large historic county. We use both native and continental breeds that enable us to meet the demands of our chefs for both high-fat content beef and leaner options. We also farm our own cattle here at Waterford Farm. Grass-fed, slow grown is the only way we know.

Pack weight to range between 490g-510g

For the Cooks: 

Try Tom Kerridge’s Crispy Ginger Beef Noodles 

Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
  • Season your Stir fry Steak with your preferred seasoning or marinade for your desired amount of time.
  • Get a pan or wok very hot and season the pan with some oil
  • Cook the steak quickly turning often for approx 2 minutes
  • Add your other ingredients and continue to cook for a further 2 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy
