Yorkshire’s Finest hand Diced Chicken Fillet makes a fantastic and easy mid-week meal option. It is also a perfect option for those of you who do not enjoy handling raw chicken.
Our butcher’s hand dice our chicken making sure they all pass the Yorkshire’s finest quality test. The chicken is sourced from the very finest local poultry barn farms across Yorkshire. These barn-raised chickens are fed a grain-based diet and afforded plenty of space. We only work with high-quality farm-assured farmers who produce grade A chickens. In doing so we are able to offer you chicken that has been bred to high welfare standard yet is more affordable than our free-range options.
Diced Chicken Fillet is delicious in curries, wraps, casseroles, salads, pies, and much more. A truly super versatile, and not to mention really healthy lean product!
Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
- Firstly, Season the Chicken or marinade overnight
- Bring to room temperature
- Fry in a little oil.
- Turn the chicken till it has gained plenty of colour and flavour and continue to cook for 10-15 minute.
- Check the chicken is fully cooked through.
- Most importantly, enjoy.
