We have some delicious cooked ham available.
Cooked ham is a perfect and easy meal, lunch or breakfast option. Ready to eat out of the pack and with plenty in there to feed a family. We enjoy this ham served in a delicious ham and pickle sandwich. Lots of butter, pickle and served on white farmhouse bread. Delicious.
Our ham is produced for us by another fantastic Yorkshire company; Haighs. Haigh’s Flash Roast Hams are from boneless, rindless gammons, cooked slowly for 8 hours and then flash roasted in the oven, giving a moist ham that has a superb texture.
Our Other Recommended Serving Instructions:
- Firstly, preheat your oven to 180’c,
- Secondly, place your chips into the oven and bake for 25 minutes
- Subsequently, get the ham to room temperature
- Fry some eggs in oil, till they are crispy around the edges
- Place the ham on half of a plate next to your chips and place the fried egg on top.
- Serve and enjoy
