Your Farm Need-To-Know:
We specialise in two beef breeds – Limousin and Charolais – on our family farm, Waterford. We also use traditional English breeds such as Dexter, Hereford and Shorthorn through our network of co-operative farmers and suppliers.
The pork we use is from co-operative members based near us in the Vale of York and the chicken is sourced from local suppliers who specialise in their field. The succulence and taste of this meat is taken to a whole new level due to the care and attention in rearing and farming of these birds.
