As nose to tail butchers, each season we find ourselves having more of an abundance of certain cuts and types of meats than at other times. This is due to us predominantly supplying fantastic restaurants that follow seasonal preferences for certain cuts.
As whole carcass butchers, this does mean we are able to offer you fantastic prices on certain cuts and meats that are not currently in favour with our chef community.
This is a fantastic way to get a really tasty option at a great price every season. It also means you get to eat in tune with the seasons making sure you are doing your bit in eating locally and seasonally.
